Focused online training on the relationship between bullying and special educational needs and/ or disability.
This training will develop your understanding of the issues relating to bullying and disabled children and young people and those with special educational needs, and how to develop your setting’s relevant prevention and response strategies.
This training is aimed at attendees from schools and wider children’s workforce settings, such as Social workers, SENDCos, pastoral support leads, school staff Healthcare professionals, Youth Offending teams, Early Years providers, Post-16 providers, Youth workers, School Governors, Information, Advice and Support Workers.
This training will cover:

- The prevalence of bullying of disabled children and young people and those with SEN
- The factors that mean disabled children and young people and those with SEN are more likely to experience bullying
